PT ADIEVIA MEDIKA TEKNOLOGI ("Adievia", "we") values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide when using the adievia.co.id website.
This policy applies to visitors of the adievia.co.id website only. It does NOT apply to patients of hospitals using Adievia HMS — patient data is governed by each hospital's privacy policy under Permenkes 24/2022.

Data you provide
When submitting the contact form: full name, email, hospital/organization name, position, message, optional attachment.
Data collected automatically
IP address (hashed after 24 hours), browser user agent, country/region (aggregate), pages visited and duration, referrer URL.
What we do NOT collect
Google Analytics page/event tracking, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or retargeting ad pixels beyond a single conversion event on successful lead-form submission (see §06 + §07). Precise geolocation. Biometric data. Sensitive demographic data. Cross-site personal profiles.

- Respond to your inquiry — legal basis: contract performance/pre-contractual steps (UU PDP Article 20)
- Aggregate traffic analytics — legal basis: legitimate interest
- Follow-up inquiry if subject is "demo" or "proposal"
- Legal compliance if required by law enforcement
What we do NOT do: sell data, automated profiling, newsletter without opt-in, share with competitors.
[04] Storage and security
- Form submissions stored in encrypted-at-rest SQLite on enterprise-grade cloud servers (Google Cloud) in Jakarta — data never leaves Indonesia, in compliance with Indonesia's PDP Act
- Retention: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted
- Internal access: only the Adievia developer
- Backup: encrypted, kept for a limited period per operational policy
- Email transmission: Gmail SMTP via Google Workspace with TLS 1.3
[05] Your rights (UU PDP)
Under Indonesia's PDP Act (UU 27/2022), you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent, object to automated decisions.
How: email info@adievia.co.id with subject "PDP Request". Response within 14 business days.
[06] Cookies and tracking tags
- Essential cookies — Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (
_GRECAPTCHA) for anti-bot verification on the contact form. - Limited advertising cookies — only after explicit consent. Google Ads conversion tracking (
gtag.js, IDAW-18192112136, cookies_gcl_au/_gcl_aw). Purpose: measure whether a lead-form submission originated from a click on one of our Google Ads campaigns, so we know which campaigns work. The gtag.js script is not loaded until you click "Accept" on the consent banner that appears on your first visit. The conversion event fires only once on a successful submission at/en/contact— never on regular page views. We do not use it for retargeting, personal profiling, or cross-site audience building. - localStorage — theme preference (dark/light) and language (id/en), stored in your browser and never sent to our server.
Changing your choice after consenting: click "Cookie Settings" in the footer to bring the banner back. Choosing "Reject" will best-effort clear any _gcl_* cookies already stored in your browser and prevent gtag.js from loading on subsequent visits.
Additional opt-out: set your personalised-ads preferences at Google Ad Settings, enable "Do Not Track" in your browser, or install an ad-blocker (e.g. uBlock Origin). Opt-out does not affect your ability to submit the contact form.
