Important note: this document governs the use of the adievia.co.id website only. Use of the Adievia HMS product (software licensing) is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed with each hospital client. Do not conflate the two.

[01] Definitions

• "Adievia" = PT ADIEVIA MEDIKA TEKNOLOGI (NIB 1905260124312)
• "Website" = adievia.co.id and its subdomains
• "User" = anyone who accesses the Website
• "Content" = text, images, logos, video, code, design on the Website
• "Adievia HMS" = the SIMRS software product

[02] Acceptance

By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

[03] Copyright and intellectual property

• All Content is protected by Indonesia's Copyright Act (UU 28/2014)
• The Adievia logo is a trademark of PT ADIEVIA MEDIKA TEKNOLOGI
• Product screenshots are for illustration, not for third-party commercial use without permission
• Copyright registration of the "SIMRS Adievia" Computer Program is in progress with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property

[04] Permitted uses

• Browse the Website for evaluation as a prospective client
• Submit the contact form for legitimate business inquiries
• Screenshot for internal documentation of your hospital's evaluation
• Share links with your professional network
• Quote short passages (≤ 200 words) with attribution to adievia.co.id

[05] Prohibited uses

• Automated scraping other than Googlebot/Bingbot
• Reverse engineering JavaScript or CSS
• Spamming the contact form (> 3 submissions/day from the same IP)
• Using visual assets for direct competitor products
• Commercial redistribution of Content without a license
• Unauthorized access to admin or undocumented APIs
• Distributing malware via the contact form or attachments
• Misrepresenting identity to gain demo access

Violations may result in: access blocking, reports to law enforcement, and/or damages claims.

[06] Disclaimer

• Information provided "as-is" for general informational purposes
• Product specifications may change without prior notice; contractual commitments via MSA
• Integration claims (BPJS, SATUSEHAT, BSrE, SISRUTE) represent technical capabilities at the time of publication; production activation requires credentials from each service provider
• HMS implementation results vary depending on hospital client conditions
• Links to third parties are for reference; Adievia is not responsible for third-party content

[07] Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adievia is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from use of the Website; lost profits/data/business interruption (the Website is for marketing, NOT a production system); actions of third parties using Content without authorization; Website downtime (target 99.5% without formal SLA).

These limitations do NOT apply to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law (gross negligence or intent).

[08] Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Adievia from claims, damages, or costs arising from: your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights (IP, privacy), illegal content you submit via the contact form.

[09] Jurisdiction and governing law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved at the District Court of Bulukumba, South Sulawesi.

[10] Changes to terms

Adievia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective from" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
