For solo practice · Adievia Praktik

a practice in order, without doing the work twice.

One application for the queue, the consultation, medicines, and the cashier of a solo doctor’s or dentist’s practice — with SATUSEHAT and BPJS reporting running by itself in the background. Data stays in Indonesia, and is never held hostage.

Registration · not open yet

Registration for real practices waits on the production SATUSEHAT integration. In the meantime, try the sandbox first — or become one of three founding practices we prepare in advance and put first the moment registration opens. More ↓

Pricing

one plan, every feature.

There is no cut-down tier. Every practice gets every feature — including SATUSEHAT, BPJS, the patient portal, and WhatsApp messages to patients.

Per practice location

Rp349,000 / month

Rp199,000 / month if your practice recorded fewer than 150 visits in the last 30 days — applied by itself, same features.

What is included

  • Front desk, a queue per doctor session, and a waiting-room display with voice calling
  • Booking from home without an account — and a queue the Mobile JKN app can read
  • Medical records: SOAP, ICD-10, ICD-9-CM, vital signs, allergies, medication history
  • Adult and paediatric odontogram for dental practice
  • Prescriptions and compounding, dispensing, and dental laboratory orders
  • KFA-coded medicine stock: stock cards, lots and FEFO, stock counts, procurement, returns, expiry

  • Billing for BPJS patients: coverage per line, denture ceilings, capitation and claims
  • Daily, monthly, and revenue-trend reports — printable
  • Sick notes, referral letters, and medical summaries, electronically signed
  • Document check codes: whoever holds the paper can verify a letter without an account
  • Addenda and the 2×24-hour correction window of Permenkes 24/2022, enforced by the system
  • An audit trail that records access to medical records — including merely reading one
  • Practice archive: your entire practice data is yours to download, at any time
  • Patient portal: patients see their history and download their own medical record
  • No user limit — owner, doctors, assistants, and admins, as many as you need

All of it at one price. No locked modules, no per-user fee.

  • The price follows your visits. No application and no paperwork; recalculated from your visits every time an invoice is issued.
  • First month free with every feature, counted from the day your practice verification is approved.
  • Annual is paid as 10 months for a 12-month term.
  • WhatsApp to patients is included — no quota, no per-message fee.
  • No automatic charge. The invoice is issued a week before the term ends; you pay it yourself.
  • Your data is not held hostage. Subscription ends → read-only; medical records can still be opened and downloaded.

No setup fee and no other add-on charges. Full terms (in Indonesian): Syarat & Ketentuan · DPA · product Privacy Policy.

Who it is for

we also name who it is not for.

Built for

The practice premises of solo doctors and dentists — one location, one doctor or several taking turns, with or without a BPJS agreement. The whole flow from front desk to cashier, with SATUSEHAT and BPJS reporting running by itself in the background.

Not yet for

  • Primary or secondary clinics with several specialties, a laboratory, radiology, physiotherapy, inpatient beds, or an emergency room — those modules genuinely are not here.
  • Hospitals — that is a different product, Adievia SIMRS.
  • Solo midwife and nurse practices — registration for those is not open yet.

Not in Adievia Praktik yet: Video teleconsultation · Online payment of patient bills (the cashier takes cash, QRIS, and transfers, recorded manually) · In-house laboratory and radiology.

Practice flow

From front desk to cashier.

Eight parts used on every working day — not hospital modules shrunk down.

[01]

Front desk & queue

Registration for new and returning patients, a queue per doctor session, and a waiting-room display that calls numbers out loud.

[02]

Online booking & Mobile JKN

A public page where patients book without an account, follow their queue number from their phone, and an FKTP queue that the Mobile JKN app can read.

[03]

Consultation room

SOAP notes, ICD-10 diagnoses, ICD-9-CM procedures, vital signs, allergies, medication history, laboratory orders, and an odontogram for dental practice.

[04]

Signing & corrections

Notes are signed and locked; the 2×24-hour correction window of Permenkes 24/2022 is enforced by the system; fixes go through visible addenda rather than overwriting.

[05]

Letters & summaries

Sick notes, referral letters, and medical summaries as electronically signed PDFs with a verification QR code.

[06]

Medicines & stock

A KFA-coded medicine master, prescriptions and compounding, dispensing, stock cards, procurement, goods receipt, stock counts, returns, and expiry.

[07]

Cashier & reports

A bill per visit with medicines carried over from the prescription automatically, pricing per payer, daily cash closing, and reports on visits, revenue, and medicines.

[08]

Patient portal

Patients sign in over WhatsApp without a password, see their own visit history, and download a copy of their own medical record.

Integration

Reporting that runs itself.

SATUSEHAT and BPJS obligations are settled in the background when a visit is closed.

[01]

SATUSEHAT FHIR R4

Encounter, Condition, Observation, Procedure, medicines (Medication, MedicationRequest, Dispense, Statement), AllergyIntolerance, ServiceRequest, ClinicalImpression, Composition — sent through a transactional outbox, so nothing is lost when the connection drops.

[02]

BPJS PCare & Mobile JKN

Membership checks, registration and visits, referrals, and the Mobile JKN queue — using credentials issued in your own practice’s name.

[03]

WhatsApp

Sign-in codes and queue updates over WhatsApp Business. Only the phone number, the code, and the queue number travel — the contents of a medical record never do.

[04]

Trusted timestamps

SHA-256 digests of signed notes are summarised daily and timestamped by RFC 3161 providers (DigiCert and Sectigo), so a silent change can be detected.

Security & compliance

What is installed, not what is planned.

Every item below is a mechanism you can inspect in the system — and that is all the DPA and the product Privacy Policy promise.

[01]

Data stays in Indonesia

Runs on Google Cloud, Jakarta region. The practice is the Data Controller; PT Adievia is the Processor acting on the practice’s instructions, under the DPA you accept when you register.

[02]

Separation & encryption

Each practice’s data is separated at the database level (row-level security); national ID, passport, and BPJS numbers are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

[03]

Access rights & MFA

Owner, doctor, assistant, and admin roles are enforced on the server. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for the practice owner.

[04]

Audit trail & backups

Every access to a medical record is recorded — including merely reading one — and the practice owner can inspect it. Automatic backups with periodic restore tests.

How to start

try, register, serve.

01

Try the sandbox

A sample practice of your own, already filled with patients, a queue, and medicines. The link is sent to your email.

02

Register your practice

Enter the practice name and the doctor’s details, confirm by email, then submit your STR and SIP for verification.

03

Start seeing patients

Add staff and service tariffs, and the front desk, consultation room, and cashier are ready from the first patient.

Registration opens in stages. Registration for real practices opens once the production SATUSEHAT integration is live — before that we cannot submit your medical records, and we would rather not sell a system that leaves your reporting obligation hanging. In the meantime, try the sandbox first.

Three founding practices. We prepare your practice starting now — service tariffs, staff, schedule, and the data to be migrated — and then put your STR and SIP verification first the moment registration opens. The price is the same as for everyone; what differs is the attention. Talk to us if yours is one of them.

FAQ

Questions about Adievia Praktik.

Yes. Permenkes 24/2022 Article 3(2) names the practice premises of solo doctors and dentists among the healthcare facilities required to run electronic medical records, and the system used must be registered with the Ministry of Health. Adievia Praktik was built for that obligation — including the 2×24-hour correction window and the patient’s right to the contents of their record.

Rp349,000 per month per practice location, or Rp199,000 per month if your practice recorded fewer than 150 visits in the last 30 days. A 12-month subscription is paid as 10 months. The first month is free with every feature, counted from the day your practice verification is approved. WhatsApp messages to patients are included. There is no automatic card charge: you pay each renewal yourself.

The price follows the number of visits, and you do not have to apply for it. If your practice recorded fewer than 150 visits in the 30 days before an invoice is issued, that invoice is Rp199,000 per month by itself — same features, no time limit, no form and no paperwork. Every invoice is recalculated from your own visits: if the practice gets busier, the next invoice is Rp349,000, and the figure is visible on the Subscription page before you pay. If visits fall again, the lower price applies again. On an annual subscription, the price at the time you pay holds for all 12 months: no top-up invoice if the practice gets busier, and no reduction if visits drop. A renewal can only be bought one month before the current term ends, so the price cannot be locked in years ahead.

On Google Cloud in the Jakarta region, Indonesia, with each practice’s data separated at the database level. The only things that leave Indonesia are WhatsApp messages (phone number, code, queue number — no medical record content) and account email to practice users; the details are in the DPA and the product Privacy Policy.

The application switches to read-only: every medical record can still be opened, printed, and downloaded. Data is never held hostage over a bill. Should Adievia ever discontinue the service, every practice is notified at least 3 months in advance and receives a complete copy of its data (Terms of Service, Article 13).

Yes, under a separate written agreement and at a different rate, because that covers on-site installation and maintenance. Self-service registration in the app is for the cloud subscription only.

Supported from the start: the adult and paediatric odontogram goes into the summary and is sent to SATUSEHAT, not merely stored as a picture.

Yes. Request a sandbox link by email and you get a sample practice of your own — already filled with sample patients, a queue, and medicines — to run one full round from front desk to cashier. Sample practices are deleted every night.
