Questions about migration & lock-in.
Yes. Adievia lets you export all of your hospital's data to standard formats (CSV, FHIR R4 JSON, SQL dump) at any time, with no special fee or conditional approval. Data ownership stays with the hospital — this is a principle, not an add-on feature.
The right to data portability is one of the data subject rights set out in UU 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (Indonesia's PDP Law). Easy export supports fulfilling that right while protecting the hospital's independence.
Our approach: data assessment → extraction & mapping → import & validation with the hospital team → run in parallel if needed, then go-live.
